Refunds and Returns


Every product we manufacture is important to us, so is checked carefully before delivery. We want you feel safe and supported. We now how unique you are so when we confirm your order we make sure it fits your every need. For this reason we only accept returns that are faulty or incorrect as we cant accept returns as they are made to order.

Within 7 days call us on 01924 370 326 if you realize your order is incorrect or is faulty as we will resolve the as soon as we can come to an agreement. Take pictures as we ask to see the product so we know which action to take.

If we have accepted the return, you don’t have to disassemble the bed, leave that to our team. All we ask is that the items are returned in the condition they was delivered.

We will confirm a collection date with you which terms are agreed and a day before we will give you a 4 hour slot for collection.



Once we have received your product, we will begin to process your refund with a charge of £100 for restocking the item.

If we haven’t received your bed and require a refund with £50 fee for the order. All refunds are processed within 7 days

The refund will be refunded to the card ou used to pay for security reasons

Once we have given you a 4 hour slot and you are unable to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery. All redeleries will have the same respect of our schedule and availability in you area. We will repeat the same service consistency.
